Yeah... without Hooper firing, we're totally coming up short with crumbing options.

Has he impressed anyone else since he's played in the backline?
His dash has been superb from what I've seen. I prefer him away from the goals!

Ash McGrath is a great player forward or back.
I think people are forgetting he was average 2-3 goals a game last year before the broken arm. Playing superb in the back lines though and loves running. |

I never thought he was that good up forward, because he wouldn't get much of the ball. But now that he goes through the middle and down back and gets more of it, I see the amount of ability that he really has

He's assigned to crumb and lock the ball in forward when playing forward. They select the big targets first.
You're right about him now back and in the middle. I love it a lot. Always been a fan of Ash. |

Did you always realise that he was as quick as he is? I only realised it a few games ago...

I've always known him to be quick. It's just that it's been limited in the forward lines @ times due to the bigger targets and the crumming required from Ash.
Superb bloke. |

With all of these position changes with players allowing for their abilities to be best used, our best 22 has become pretty damn good.

What was he thinking doing some of our kicking in last night?
As far as I'm concerned, his time is just about up.
