Strong marking and tall key forward or big defender prospect with strong hands. Very good on the lead and exceptionally quick off the mark for a player of his size. He displayed impressive endurance as a Vic Country representative at the recent NAB AFL Draft Camp with a shuttle run result of 13.8. Henderson has a handspan of 25cm placing him equal seventh overall. AIS-AFL Academy graduate from Geelong College. Firmed strongly as the Lions’ first round pick in the days leading up to the draft.

His first game is tomorrow and I love to see new blood enter the Gabba. Love to see discussions before and after the game about his first hit out. Should be great to watch.

i havent seen him play yet

but my dad says hes really good
hes got a good build plus speed

hopefully hes a star for us

He didn't play a lot in the VFL last year due to a broken leg, and yet he was a first-round pick. Also known have a strong mark, an exceptional lead and his endurance is said to be quite impressive.

Should be noted, that he tries to model the way his play around the way Browny plays. Might make for some VERY good football

I always said it's easier just to clone Browny.

I saw Henderson play in the pre-season. He's not a bad player with potential. If this club works with him closely and develops him, he'll be dangerous.

Keep him forward though. This is one bloke who can not be converted as a big defender.

There are too many athletes out there that I'd love to clone apart from Browny and they range in other sports.
